I have downloaded the Nokia PC Suite and the sound for video update file, but I can't seem to get it to run. I have dowloaded it onto a Bluetooth-compatible lap-top, but whenever I try and open the PC Suite, it says something about there not being a connection to the 3650. The Bluetooth has been turned on and the 3650 has been recognised but the problem still remains.
Can anyone give me step-by-step instructions on how to get sound on my 3650's video recorder. Thank you very, very much.

are you familiar with 'pairing' bluetooth devices? if you haven't paired them then bluetooth won't work and neither will pc suite (or any other connection-related programs).
