Hi,i just brought 3650 today,and i downloaded Helix producter basic to convert MP3 to RM format,but when i sent to 3650 and tries to play it with Real one player on it,it says unable to play the file....is there some settings i need to do?if so,please tell me step by step,thanks :)

Edit : I heard Helix producter uses Real codec 9,which is Real one player on 3650 doesnt support it,it use Real 8 codec,but my Helix producter is Basic version,cant change to 8 codec,is anyone can tell me where to download the old Real Producter?i heard is hard to find :(

guy could anyone tell me how to move files from messages to the MMC...i tried using fExplorer but then couldn' find the file in the folder..appeard hidden, but can open in from fExplorer...and how can i move MP3 files from mesages to MMCC?

Open the message, then save in the player. After that, you can delete the message.
