They are not thinked for the 3650 and lack support for MMC! But appart from that I think they should work fine if installed in C: and runned from there. Anyone has tried yet? The trick is to first install it into phone memory and register it. After you have it successfully running on phone memory, uninstall it and re-install it to the MMC. Works like a charm on mine.
