if u type in *#7370# u get the restore all original phone setting option. Has anyone tried this? Does it delete only the applications you have installed or does it wipe out everything meaning when u turn on phone there is nothing? ( formated)

The reason i need to do this is becasue i have a headset problem where the phone is acting like it is on headset? So before I send my phone of 4 repair this could be my last option that might fix it.

thanks

You try plugging and unpluggin the headset a few times, or switching profiles manually?

ive tried it all but that dam icon does not go away, i think this headset business is a problem with the 3650 as other people have had the same problem. Plug n play sucks. When i get this fixed i aint gonna put no headset in the phone/.

I had this happened with my 3650 once, after removed the headset, and the phone does not reconize it, all I did was plug the headset back and pull it out a few times, until the headset icon disappeared on the display.

*#7370# will delete all data and restore the phone to factory setings. It will be in the "out of the box" state.

Like yourmanlee said,do a search, your question has been answered many times before.
