I think this is because the pictures with the dark grey cover are older ones, released at the Munich Conference of November 2002 when Nokia revealed their plans for the N-Gage. The game decks with
the silver covers are newer. This is how the device was shown at the launch event in London on 5 February 2003 and at E3 in LA and this is how the device will look @ launch in October. I'm not 100% sure though... ;)
