View Full Version : Soft Task-Manager Reset Causes Problem - Ideas? TANKERx 21-07-2002, 03:32 PM Just recently, when I reset my machine with Task Manager, I get a 'SIM Card Not Accepted' message on the phone-side. Any ideas why this would be? whiplash 21-07-2002, 03:46 PM just a very shallow suggestion -- try removing your sim card and putting it back again. :) Zuber 21-07-2002, 06:02 PM Not sure if it is the same problem, but take a look at the thread below. http://www.allabouter6.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=82&highlight= Zuber Nosferatu 21-07-2002, 07:20 PM Hi, I don't really think it has got anything to do with the application... coz our communicators are well known for the lousy simcard slot... before i even got the task manager i have faced this kinda problem several times... the solution??? like what whiplash suggested, try adjusting the simcard... or if needed, just put a little piece of paper to support it... :D yeah i know, this way sucks!!! Dazler 21-07-2002, 08:08 PM Don't now about you're problem, maybe the answer is the same to my problem. If my pda side is fully boted and i haven't loged in to my phone side yet, I get the login on the pda. Nomal so far, but none of them work .. they jsut crash after hitting enter. something is wrong between my sim and the phone. :) TANKERx 21-07-2002, 09:31 PM Thanks for the advices! |
