Hi, :D
I use the SMS function for my day-to-day business activities as well, so I feel that there is a real need to print the SMS messages in hard copies.
What would be the best way to transfer the messages to my PC and get them printed in a organised manner?
Any suggestions will be welcome!

try using SMS Journal (a PC program) -- i think it's a freeware, maybe it will help you print easily your SMS.

Or try get a printer with an IR port (eg. HP Laserjet 5p - what I use - very handy).

For Whiplash:
SMS Journal huh? Interesting. But how do I transfer the SMS from 9210 to the PC in the 1st place?
I can synchronise my 9210 with PIM programs, but no similar function for SMS i guess.

hi, below is an excerpt of the SMS_journal text file:
"The program runs on a PC running Windows. You will need a mouse. Do not try to use it on your Communicator.
The purpose is to import SMS messages from a Communicator file/folder copy on your PC, to display them and to export the messages.
After unzipping the file, copy the contents of the archive into a directory of your choice, but keep all the files together."
- to answer you question - yes, just link your 9210 to your PC via cable or IR, and you can import sms from your 9210 to your desktop. now, you can easily print your sms! :)
