Did you try GPRS with a "WAP" access point or an "internet" access point?

With a WAP access point, not all protocols are passed through most operator's gateways.

A GPRS subscription with full internet access is also often differently priced (= more expensive), and possibly not included by default in an operator's GPRS subscription.

Check with your operator's customer support.

If you already have the GPRS internet access point settings, do they work with other applications (can you, e.g., use RealPlayer to watch a video stream, or use Opera or Doris browsers to access normal internet web pages, etc.)?

It seems that you are using WAP over GPRS instead of INTERNET over GPRS.

Try changing your IP Address to: 193.113.200.195 and also change the Access Point to "minternet" without the quotation marks. =)

Let me know if this one works.

Yes Rainky. It should be your Gateway IP and not DNS.

It seems that your provider only support WAP over GPRS. Please check with them if there are other settings that you need to do to be able to access internet sites as well as WAP.

Normally your gateway address would be 0.0.0.0 with and Internet access point and your access point name would be different. Normally they are wap.x.y for your wap access point and internet.x.y for your internet access point, where x.y is your provider domain name.

You can name your access point to whatever you want... it's the name of the server that is mentioned IN the SETTINGS of that point is what is important.
