i have a file E with no extension on c drive in 3650 and it has 1.5mb
do i need that file or can i delete it?

If you want help, might be a good idea to give more detailed info on where it is located. If you can remember what program you installed just before you found the file. etc etc.. as much info as possible. then someone might dare to answer ;-)
