I downloaded Rayman 3 off the O2 Active website. It installed fine. I was playing it then I left it on pause so I could go to the toilet. I came back to find the phone turned off which I thought was strange. I turned it back on and the NOKIA screen comes up and then fades back out (backlight still turned on) and then it is all white (backlight) for about a second before flicking NOKIA back up again and fading back out. It does this 4 times before turning off completely.
Firmware version is 2.50

What can I do to fix this and where?
I heard Carphone warehouse was good at doing repairs.

First things first.. Did you try and charge the phone? It sounds like it ran out of juice (battery)

Thanks for the suggestion but when I plug the charger in it does the same thing but without the backlight turning on.

Anymore ideas?

Try holding the abc button while the phone is powering on and make sure it has a lot of battery power when doing so.If ti works the phone will boot in safe mode and you can probably uninstall the app or format it.If that fails,take the phone to the neares Nokia service centre.

The fadein/fadeout usually means the bootdata is corrupt.

Ok Nokia have some serious problems with their java program i think. The EXACT same thing happend on my Nokia 7650 after i had installed the Java benchmark tool and ran it alot of times. You have to get your phone flashed at a nokia service center... This is covered by the warranty.
