he said its the same if your format your pc, all the data will be lost and your phone is set to default

Arni: Quick explanation.. In your phone, there is a system chip which is a ROM (read only memory) This is a chip where Nokia has stored the phone's operating system(drive Z: in file managers).. As the word ROM says,you cannot alter content on this drive.. The only way to upgrade or reinstall this sys is to take it to a service centre where they connect a cable to the phone,which erases this drive and puts in a fresh copy pf the FW(firm ware)..hope you understand what I meant by this.. ;)
