I have just transfered some sis file from my friends 3650 to mine.

The qns is how to install in.

The method i use to send is via bluetooth and from the message folder although the file has already been sent, It cannot be installed saying that Name ' filename'_en_v1.30f' already in use.replace existing item of same name?

I find this puzzling because my phone has already been reset to factory settings and the file should not exist because the software is a third party software(eg. select q).

Will some experts out there teach me how to install such files or if you guys know how to transfer such filoes....

forgot to add in another point..

every time when i try to open the file from the message, it says file corrupted.

I know there is a way because I seen someone from a hp shop done it this way but unfortunatley cannot locate him anymore..

Yes, clicking on the received file in Messages is the right way how to install it. It is always internally copied to its working "install" folder first. You have it already here probably from previous attempts. No problem, just confirm overwriting it. Then the install procedure should start.
