OK, i hope this forum can help me. My problem is that i can`t see specific sites when i dial up via GPRS on my Desktop PC. When i dial up via a laptop, i have no problems.
It must then be a setting on the Desktop PC and i tried allmost every setup that i could think about. My laptop i running windows ME and my desktop is running XP. Are there ary suggestions from this forum?
I have tried to switch the XP firewall off and set the security settings to the lowest possible level. No luck! Please help!

PHP is a server side process. it has no effect on the html sent to your phone, it just creates it.
