Pls help! When I start an IR connection to transfer something via my infrared port sometimes a blue screen comes out and my phone restarts.What can I do and should I reset my OS and how to do it.

You can hard reset any Series 60 device by typing *#7370# .The code will return the device to factory setings - all data from the device will be erased.Make sure that device has enough power to perform the procedure - plug in the charger.
