last week i upgrade my firmware and no problems with the phone .yesterday after installing some demo software the phone closed when i used one of these apps and never opened again please help me what can the problem be??

Make sure that the battery is not empty. If you hook the charger and you see no reaction then there is a problem with your phone and it is better to send it to a Siemens Service Center...
