i live in romania - if i buy a 3650 from ebay from the usa.. will i be able to use the phone in my country ?

If its a 3650 and not the US version,3620 you should be able to use it without problems.

3650 and 3660 are triband phones with the two European frequencies (900Mhz and 1800MHz) and one US frequency (1900MHz) supported; i.e., full coverage in Europe, but much poorer in the US.

3600 and 3620 are triband phones with one European frequency (1800MHz) and two US frequencies (850MHz and 1900MHz) supported; i.e., full coverage in the US, but much poorer in Europe.

In other words US origin 3650 is OK to use in Europe.

Wouldn´t it be easier to get a N3650 from a European Ebay-Platform?
Ie Germany, oder Austria, since you can be sure that´s it a phone that works in Europe and shipping is surly much cheaper and faster...

Well,electronic devices/mobiles are usually cheaper in the US.
