This is my first time to post a message here.
I try to search for solution before posting but didn't find any likely solutions.
Please gimma some advice.
I juz got my new nokia 3620 today
and i try to open video rec. from the menu,
but as soon as i select the "video" icon to oper this function
it says " Device not supported!"
and it goes back to the menu page.
Any one have any idea how to get it work?

Return the unit to the retailer where you purchased the phone and get another one!
