Hi!...
After a lot of encoding tests ... i found a good balance between the Video Bit rate and the Audio Bit Rate and Sampling rate ...
If you want a perfect Video quality you must sacrifice audio quality a little bit to get a nice fluid smooth (non stop or lagg) 15 fps and less compressed (less pixelated) image quality.
176 x 144, 3GP Mpeg-4: 160kbits and Audio codec (ACC-LC Music) at 24kbits 16khz mono
But if you want a good Audio and still very good video you can use same codecs but 144kbits for video and Audio 32kbits 32 khz mono
For a very complex or many action video FullScreen you can use 144kbits on video and 24kbits 16 khz for audio to keep the best quality for smoother video with no lagg..
Here you can DOWNLOAD (http://www.modelosv.com/7610/bmw.zip) my test, a very nice quality video using those parametters.
AEFox Video Test (http://www.modelosv.com/7610/bmw.zip) (Extract from a BWM film)
Hope you enjoy it like i did :D
cya!
