i know i have alot of problems! i don't know why :evil:
when i open a Real audio or video a note is displayed: "cannot open audio device"
but the recorder and ringtone player is working well. i tried to install a new realone player.. with no success.

Oops, i have solved the problem while i'm typing here :D

ok, thanks for posting... but what was solution to the problem?

i have the same problem and am trying desperately to fix it can anyone help as i have reformatted and reinstalled the software about 5 times to try to sort out the problem
