I can't write any letters on my nokia 3660

everytime i pressd 1-9 keypad number (especially when sms) only numbers appear. And I still can't figure it why ?

Tools >> Settings >> Phone >> General also can't be accessed :con?
it said "App closed !! Gp"

My friends told me that this is a virus....Is it ??

How to fix this problem ?

Is Hard Reset is necessary ???

Probably not a virus, but I guess you installed WildSkinz. It will only work on a 7650, if even that. Disable it, reboot the phone and then unistall it to get your letters back. Do not uninstall it without disabling it first (if you already did, reinstall it, then disable, etc.). This also happened to me on a 3650 but with the program BabyCare an older version. I got rid of it only by formatting the phone. Search the web first., before formatting, maybe somebody has a sollution.
