got the 7610 a few days ago. Im pretty happy with it, but there are some issues.
First of all, I dont like the loud clicking sound the keys make when you press them. this makes it impossible to use in a quiet room without bugging the people around you. will the clicking sounds fade away with time? Second, the vibrate is too weak compared to other phones Ive had. I never notice when I get a SMS when im at work with the phone in my pocket..I had the sony ericon t68i before, and It vibrated 3 times and it was impossible not to feel it.

question 1 = is it possible to make the phone vibrate more than once when you get a SMS?
question 2 = i cant get my 7610 to vibrate when I add the meeting or memo notifier (with alarm) in the calendar. is it even possible?
question 3 = is it possible to set the alarm clock to vibrate without sound?

question 4 ? is there a better alarm application around i can download? (with vibrate)?

the navikey is kinda bad too :/

I can answer No.1 for you - but I have never used the features of the other questions so can't help there.
Try a longer 'tune', for your SMS alert mine vibrates 3 times and I use 'nokia tune.mid'
Also there are quite a few different alarm programs, click on the shop link at the top of this page and do a search, there is bound to be something that matches your requirements.
As for the clicking sound of the keys - have you turned down the click volume in your settings?
Or is it the mechanical clicking that is loud - this does decrease with use..

I opted for the 7610 over the Siemens S65. 7610 is the better looking one but two things the really irritate me about the Nokia 7610

1. Cant Nokia come up with a good Alram clock? I cant set a Recurring Alarm.
2. For noe at least I cant figure out how to do a repetitive Task/Memo.
I.e set a task and give me a reminde on Daily/Weekly/Monthly basis!!

Does anyone have lionks to any compatible applications for NOKIA that can solve this issue.. PLEASEEE!
