Happy News to all Nokia 9500 Lovers
According to Nokia Aisa Nokia 9500 is out in the market.

So after all our wait come to an end and hope that soon we can get in our market

Don't want to disapoint you guys, but I received yesterday (28/10) an e-mail from expansys saying that there was a delay with the delivery of 9500 and they'll only have it on 19/11... :mad:

I Talk to Nokia Care they told me that in the coming week i.e Frsit week of Nov it can hit the Market.But they Don't Confirm any Price.

hi i am a die hard nokia 9500 fan and i have been eagerly waiting its arrival for months .now that it has arrived i cant wait to get my hands on it.but i would be thankful to all of you if u could write something about its video playback and recording features.

does it play 3gpp videos with aac sound and is its video recording work as smoothly as a camcorder.

Will it work in the US?It will in those areas with 1900MHz GSM/GPRS coverage. It will not work in the US in areas with only 850MHz coverage.

There are two tri-band variants of the phone, in other words; one with 900/1800/1900 (which seems to be shipping/available now) and another with 850/1800/1900 for North American (USA & Canada) market (which isn't shipping/available just yet, as far as I know).

What is the infromation on release of the 9500 into the US market? Any dates?? Is it also a "Q4" release?

the usa release date may be later because the fcc has to agree on the devise

What I've heard through a locall source is that the 9500 wil be available in BElgium and the NEtherlands within the next 10 days.... and very very short on that the 9300 will also be available.

Prices are from Nokia shop about €800,- for the 9500 and the 9300 € 650,-

Do you think this means both models will hit the US market by year end?

I'm very disappointed with Nokia Dubai. I was expecting them to be one of the first to bring the phone into the market. After many promises on release dates (all of which turned out to be wrong), they are now not even giving an idea on when it will be released. This leads me to believe that the phone hasn't even been shipped yet from Nokia HQ which means it's not going to be here anytime soon.

It should be coming to market soon. I was at a Nokia conference this week and a lot of the Nokia employees had both 9500 and 9300. One Nokia guy even told me that he has to wait to get his 9500 since customers come first. So I believe that the 9500 should in the shops soonish... :D For Switzerland, this means around November 15th.

I have a Info from Germany that the 9500 is comming in the 47 week. My Seller told me that the 9500 will come at the beginning of Dezember. But very very many Infos told me that the commi will come between 15.11.04 and 20.11.04
