does anyone know where I can find the original ringtones and themes that are originally installed in the 7610?

Umm ... the original ringtones and themes are pre-installed, and cannot be removed ...

Unless your phone was a Chinese one? (4.0xx.4ch)
And if you're talking about missing some *.amr files (required for Movie Director) you can download them from Nokia.com ... its called "Nokia 7610 Music Library"

What do you specifically want?
