if i want to make a shortcut to my videocam on the "dektop" of my 3650, i will always get to the sound recorder. any ideas how to fix that?

If my memory serves me right, this was some kind of firmware bug that's been fixed since, but to get the fix you need to have a Nokia authorized service center reflash the phone with the updated firmware (make a backup of your data before that, because it won't survive the flashing procedure).
