Anyone notice that the photo is actually captured few seconds after the shutter was pressed?

Extremely slow. Quite disappointed in the phone actually. Makes me wonder if they tested it at all

yep it does suck alot. I think the processor should have been better.

should be able to be fixed with firmware, looks like they just wanted to release it prematurely so it doesnt ruin on the 6630 and the 6680, they know the people that really do care, will get the firmware updated

Yes a firmware update might help with this. Also try to make sure you don't have too much running in the background and this may help speeds things up.

The trouble with the 3230 is that it is a budget phone (well budget for Series 60) and sometimes the performance will reflect that.

even if its a budget phone , it could have been better. They really need to release an update soon.

The program fixes the "fat" problem of pictures by saving the pictures in a larger format, however alot of memory is needed to do this, otherwise it defaults to the normal size. I'v found it words very well and is quick. Only activating the night mode to i see alot of slowdown on screen.
