I had my email set up and it was running but the day before I was trying to add my gmail acount(did not work) but now my first acount does not ether. It downloads the headers and then when it gos to download the message I get a message that says

program closed
program msvserver
reason code user
reason number 21

Whats this, can someone tell me what I did
