Hey all

Well I went on holiday, and had to delete lots off my phone to take more pics. When I got back i transferred the pics and did a phone restore in PC Suite.

"Restore failed"

Not a problem, I thought - memory full or something like that, and happily deleted the new pics and then formatted the phone.

Okay so I'm a programmer, and I make a point of handing out a little more information than that whenever I send an error message, but never mind...

The phone rebooted.... and now shows Nokia 4 times, each time I turn it on, before switching itself back off.

I figure the OS is corrupt on the phone? Best I can work out - does anyone have an answer to how I connect the phone to the PC (I have 2 cables) and what software to use to fix the problem - I do have earlier backups I can resort to if that one is corrupt.

Otherwise... does anyone have another solution? My last nokia (it jumped out of it's handsfree cradle and outta the car window) had a full format option by turning it on holding some keys down - is that an option on the 3650??

Insert mmc into card reader and put backup files on it..
if not works, try 2 change firmware, :)
btw, what version do u have?
