are these incompatible?

I have a Nokia 3660 V 4.57 and when I finish pairing the two, I get a " Bleutooth handsfree profile not supported by Jabra BT200"

I was wondering, if they are compatible, if updating the firmware would solve this problem.. thanks for any help!
