Hi,
For some reason the headset accessory is activated and I cannot turn this off. I can change it to loopset or text, but not off completely so I can use the phone normally.
Is there a way to turn all the accessoires off? I cannot see it!
I have tried doing a soft reset, and a hard reset, but just comes up with headset activated each time!

Means the phone is silent apart from if I set it to vibrate.
Please help!

It sounds like hardware trouble, something goes wrong with your pop port connector.
Some kind of short-circuit, I don’t know, try to find nearest official Nokia SC…
