OK... My brother and I both have the 6680 however he go his first so there are differences.

On my phone I have 5 icons that go across the screen on the "home" screen such as contacts, messages and calander etc. Can I get rid of these? as they are blocking my wallpaper....

My brother hasn't got them on his and says he has never seen them before...

Its called Active Desktop and can be turned off in the menus.

Orange know for sure disabled this feature on their phones. For what reason, I don't know.
