I installed Nokia PC Suite onto my PC and I connected my phone. I can transfer files and add contacts manually etc. However all my contacts are sitting in Outlook waiting to go.

When I click "Synchronise" the sync. window appears. But, when I click "Sync. now" or "Settings", nothing at all happens. No transfer and I can't alter the properties or settings.

Among the various synchronisation problems we read on this forum this seems pretty new. Are you using a recent version of PC Suite?.... I think the N6680 requires PC Suite 6.x.

Do you see "Connected to 6680" in the window title before you press "sync now"?

No other ideas at the moment....
