I searched the forum, but didn't find an answer. I suspect in the end that I'll need to send it in to be serviced or get it reflashed, but I thought I'd ask around to see if anyone experienced this issue first. :)

I have a Nokia 3660 (from T-Mobile) and it recently started rebooting constantly. I turn it on and it goes through the Nokia spash screen, then the "Welcome to T-Mobile" provider splash screen, then it asks me to set the time and date. After I set the time and date it'll go to the main phone screen at which point 2 - 3 seconds later it'll just shut off and reboot. This process goes over and over to no end including it asking me to set the time/date at the beginning.

I've tried using another SIM Card, I've attempted to do a hard reset on it, but I'm unable to complete the reset before it reboots again. I'm pretty sure its a software issue, but my knowledge of the phone is somewhat lacking so I could be way off. One other interesting thing is that if I leave it on the 'set time/date' screen it wont reboot -- its only after I get past those screens that it starts to reboot. It also doesn't go into a reboot cycle if I have the sim card out.

One last thing, I havne't installed any applications recently or changed any settings. The applications I did use were WirelessIRC, FExplore, and Opera on and off.

Thanks for any help anyone can provide. :)

try booting into safe mode, when turning your phone on hold down the pen button until it turns on and install the antivirus, if it still doesnt start, take it to a nokia care center
