I now this was asked before (probably a few times ;) ) but I remember postings with first tries with seleQ... but they failed because after a few seconds the logo diappeared.

is there a new solution? and if so, how to change it with seleQ in detail? (step-by-step ;) )

Open Seleq
It will Display
Root
Click on C
Then Open
Click Nokia
Scroll to images_tn
Open
Pick your image
Scroll down to set as operator logo
Click then it will tell it will reboot
Then it should be all systems go

this will only work if you're using the latest version which is 1.20i, u might be using the older one, which doesn't support this option.
