I was asking plz for any tool that can reset my security code cuz I forgot it and can' lock or unlock or format the phone?!!!
anybody have one?!!!

You can't without reflashing the phone and even then the service centre may not as usually this is (as you can imagine) a good sign a phone has been stolen.
