Hi i have taken a backup for my mobile. Then i gave it to nokia service center. they formated my mobile. When i restored using the bakup it showed an error "system error". but phone is working fine n i lost word database in it. i.e.. i cant enter any characters through keypad, only numerics can be entered. Give me a solution to retrive my mobile to normal state.

Go back to NSC and ask them to restore ur backup.
What about PC Suite? Did u backup ur phone too with it?
