Hi,
I tried connecting my Nokia 7610 as modem to dial up my local isp but it gives me connection error.

The number displays on the phone with letter "D" next to the number ans shows "connection error".

Any idea how to connect using my laptop via nokia 7610 to use it as a modem so i can access internet from my local isp

Did you solve it? if so please post how you fixed it!

i asked the question, and one user suggested "Try adding the PC as authorised from the phone menu, restart phone and PC, and then try connecting again.. "

I am going to try this suggestion, but i don't really know how to do it off the top of my head - I haven't yet explored all the menu/config options. Anyone know?

The site above is about the BT driver modem for 6680. I think 7610 need it too :)
