magic4, the mobile messaging solutions specialist, announces that it is offering its partners an MMS Symbian OS based client. The magic4 MMS client offers a complete feature set, including easy integration to camera devices, slide show editor and viewer, Digital Rights Management support and e-mail compatibility. By utilising the Symbian OS, magic4 is keeping with its promise to deliver interoperability tested next generation messaging solutions on all available platforms.

magic4's MMS client forms part of its industry standard messaging platform incorporating SMS, EMS, MMS, Email, MIM and SyncML - which are all Symbian OS compatible.

Simon Wilkinson, CEO magic4, commented: "magic4's success is based on delivering cutting-edge messaging solutions to mobile handset manufacturers, keeping them ahead of the technology curve. Accommodating Symbian was a logical step for us as its operating system is becoming increasingly popular."

As magic4 works closely with industry bodies such as 3GPP, OMA and GSMA, the magic4 client is designed to be ready for the latest developments in MMS services including video messaging, content streaming, 3D graphics and unified messaging.

Simon Wilkinson, CEO magic4, concluded: "As increasing numbers of handset manufacturers adopt our messaging platform, we are growing our solutions offering, while maintaining interoperability standards."
