I just try using combination of call + 3 + * and turn on the phone
but nothing happen, anyone know how to reset the phone.

Maybe! A new phone... well is new with all format!:cool:

Actually new phone doesn't need to format but my operator
put some program in the phone and i hate it, so i wish i could
hard reset and it'll be gone.

It´s correct! If the stuff from operator are in ROM, any format can erase that. Flash again the device, it depends of agreements between Nokia and Operators. Because the new software, coul contain again, the operator stuff.
