then save as (yamp3) to stereo 32bts. probaly about 600kb to 1mb per track.

Other way, is to pass the music to AAC format, and use Oggplayer to play that files. The same music on AAC could be 1/10 of mp3, without any noticed loss, at least for me.

I think that PC Suite can be used for converting tracks from mp3 into AAC.

U could try using DietMP3, it compresses a 3MB mp3 file to about 500KB
