WayFinder Navigator 6 as well as TOMTOM 6 works on UIQ3.0 phones.
The big difference between theese two are that Wayfinder downloads maps "on demand" (e.g. when planning a route) using GPRS, hence no memory card is needed or provided when bying the product. I haven't tested the product myself but from what I have heared it works suprisingly well and the amount of data that has to be downloaded should not scare of anybody.
TOMTOM 6 on the other hand works like the more traditional solutions, e.g. requires a memory card for the maps. For example Scandinavia requires 150-200 MB and whole of Europe approx. 1GB of storage.

UIQ3.0 systems are not on the "supported devices" list on Tomtom.com but it works fine (I'm using it myself on my W950).

Of course booth theese systems requires a GPS unit and since M600i does not have a built in one you have to use a separate GPS unit.

I think ViaMichelin may be available for UIQ now...
