I recently purchased a new Nokia N73 and I am pretty impressed with the phone after upgrading it to the new firmware.

I wonder if someone can update me if the phone is capable of charging while connected to the laptop using USB cable? or if its not true with N Series.

Nah, sadly not...
N series, including N73, won't charge over USB.

Actually, there's an USB charging cable from Nokia:

Yeah, thinking about it, you CAN find USB chargers for nearly anything...
Didn't know Nokia had an official one, though.
So yeah, providing you buy the right cable, you can charge over USB :icon13:

I imagine Nokias own CA70 is very pricey. Take a look on fleabay. I just got one for £1.99 (plus £4 postage from hong-kong) :)
