Wondered how many people are experiencing the problem of the voicemail spool showing all the time, even when there are no new messages. Orange support tell me that this isn’t a known problem with the N73, but I wonder. The other annoying thing is that every time I switch the phone on, it tells me there is a “New voice message on line 1” (there isn’t) and the left spool is solid black. The message I get when there is a real voice message is “New voice message”, i.e. no mention of line 1. I don’t have a second line so it seems odd that the erroneous message refers to a line 1. Orange support talked me through trying to fix this problem (had to put the SIM card into a 6230 for their voicemail reset command to take effect) but the fault comes back a few days later.
