I downloaded the new version of firmware and it used to say virgin and now it says T-mobile (obviously virgin rent T-mobile line)
But...... have i just made a mess of the warranty by doing this, virgin have a 28 day money back Guarantee !

And because no one has bought this from me im going to send it back but will they just send it back to me because i downloaded the new version

I don't know what you're on about regarding selling it/sending it back but if you've got the wrong firmware on it just download the right firmware. What were you doing changing firmware anyway if you want to send it back? :rolleyes:
