How long are you getting between recharges?

Depends a lot from use, but 3-4 days with "my normal use"...

Has anyone returned their phone due to battery life and has a satifactory replacement?

Sony literature is 14 days standby...anyone getting figures suggesting that? Mines crept up day to 3.5 after multiple full discharge/recharges...

I make half a dozen calls a day, listen to music for about 2 hours a day, send about 15 texts a day.....at the end of all that the phone is showing 3/4 battery power left. A quick 30 min charge and it's full again :)

In the network mode of setting, choose GSM ONLY...(2G)...and the battery will last a LOT longer....cos the UMTS (3G) eats at least 30% more power..

I don't know if orange software got that function (but my generic W950i does)..

I'm on 3 UK (so that already takes a good chunk of power); I listen to about two hours of music a day, half an hour of calls, half an hour of browsing, occasionally a couple of texts, half an hour of browsing - that all comes down to the battery lasting two days and a bit (but I charge it earlier so that I'm not stuck with a dead phone).

That's really not that much I guess, but it's enough considering all that it does.
