I've done some searches and while I've found a few places showing how to take an e61 apart I have yet to find anything on how to disassemble the e70. I took the two torx screws out under the battery door and it seems as though the bottom part of the front of the case is what's holding it from coming apart. I'm curious if someone can tell me how to release this w/o breaking anything.

I'm trying to view/service the thumbstick button as the left no longer seems to work w/o pushing very hard. Hopefully this is something that's easily fixed as I can't seem to find a replacement part for the sensor. I've found the actual plastic thumbstick (which will come in handy as almost all of the fake chrome paint is missing from mine now) and the button board/sheet that goes underneath the main buttons but here is no input for the thumbstick as this is a separate part that I can't seem to locate yet. Any help here would also be appreciated.

Update: I started removing the antenna cover and stopped after (carefully) prying the bottom up on it and saw the antenna leads going back into the phone. My concern was that it was attached to the board inside and I didn't want to disturb anything and decided to pop it back into place. After posting this I pry'd it up once again and this time was able to remove it entirely. Nokia was smart enough this time around (in previous phones you had to remove the antenna from the back plate and re adhere it once complete which was a real PITA) to make it so that the antenna has sprung contact points much like the batter on the board so there was nothing to disconnect to get the antenna cover off... just pry (carefully) from the bottom near the batter then swing it outward until it comes off. Under this there are two more torx screws that release the front plate and allow you to swing it (with board opened) from the top down and finally the bottom will pop downward and you have the faceplate completely off.

I plan to do a little more digging if I have time but this is a basic write up on how to remove the faceplate. It really only takes seconds once you know the correct way but doing this blind on a phone that cost me $500USD is always a little stressful.
