Hey guys i have nokia 6680 in UK on 3 network and it is locked, i go to any shop they say they cant unlock it so plz help me out with this one - thnx

Call '3' customer service and ask them to give the unlocking code for your phone.

I was always underthe impresion that once locked to the '3' network, the phone could not be unlocked? Perhaps, 3 Customer Service will provide you with the unlock code? If so, let us know how you get on , good luck.
