I have a series of apps installed in my app manager with variations on search i.e search-globalplugins , search , search local plugins - should they be there?and if so what apps do they connect to ? can I remove ?

Was there ever an answer to this? I too have multiple entires listed in App Manager and would like to remove them if they are unnecessary

the local plugins can be deleted through the app manager just keep the one for your required language and I have kept the global one as well. they are for the localised yahoo/yellow page search function so if you don't need to search in french etc then you can delete them. I would keep one as I don't know what would happen if you got rid of them all.
