Hello - I am trying to install some apps to my N73 (Ybrowser, Doom etc) and it keeps telling me the Certificate is not valid or expired even though I have the application manager set to "install All". What am I doing wrong?? I have loaded some apps but the ones I really want won't load!

Since you have the application manager to accept the software, is more hard to tell:con? Do a backup of personal stuff, and format / check firmware upgrade, and try again.

Have you switched 'online certificate check' to 'off' ? Along with 'software installation' to 'All'

I just bough N73 ME last week and i'm having problem to install application, theme and games to my phone. Error msg pop out "Expired certificate" or "Certificate error" every time i transferred data from pc to phone.

I've switched "online certificate check" to off and "software installation" to all, but get same error msg.

Did you download them directly by your phone ?

No,i'm download from internet,save to my PC local drive/desktop,then try below options but still did not work:
1 - Install using Nokia Pc Suite
2 - Send via infra red, when the software in my inbox, try to install application from there

Have you tried installing the software(games,themes,etc) on someone else symbian v3 phone?

Chaos, finally i can download games and theme, BUT must download s/ware specifically for N73 ME, and not S60 3rd edition.
Anything to do with my firmware? I'm using V 4.0727.2.2.1. Is it because of to advance?

I dont get your question. But if its a firmware update your phone needs :you can download and use the Nokia Software Updator. From www.nokia.com
It comes integrated with new versions of the Nokia PC Suite Software.

Yes, I think so. But the "Expired certificate" may be true. May be you downloaded the old version.
