Hi, had this problem for a while can anyone help?

Whenever you try to turn the phone off either by the power button or from the menu it doesnt turn off. It goes to a blank white screen and after a little while just displays the time, also none of the buttons are active. Only way to turn it off is to remove the battery anyone know why this happens?

I think I know your problem
Are you on three and using their firmware? and is your phone on silent when shut it down?
This is just a bug you can either wait for an update, change firmwares or just turn your phone of in a different mode
