I understand that several major case makers are planning support.

Proporta now have a n E90 case in development designed (roughly) according to my own idea(!) - I can email anyone interested with Proporta's artist's impression, which I'm using in the PDAE mag E90 review (issue 63).

Email me at steve - at - allaboutsymbian.com etc

Hi everyone,

Still no news on the availability of Nokia and even third-party housings and casings. But I have found a screen protector - the Brando Workshop Ultra Clear Screen Protector. Please visit the following URL for more details:

Cheers.

Hi, I have purchased a case for the E90 from Bugatti (got it via Ebay), its a nice hand stitched leather case (pouch) with belt clip. If you do a search on Ebay for Bugatti E90 you will find it.

Krusell have an excellent looking case, protective and can be opened at the same time, see attached link: krusell.se/product.php?productID=2726&category=7

See www.carrymobile.com for three types of case for the E90 (I have ordered two!)

I've ordered mine from PDAir - leather, book style, black with white stitching.

They supplied my 9300i case too, after I was let down by Krusell.

The PDAir case is well made and sturdy, even withstanding knocks.

They've also understood that the point of a communicator is to lay flat, something that is hard to do when there is a belt clip permanently attached.

They're perhaps not as pretty as Krusell or as flash as Proporta but they do a great job of protecting the phone and keeping it all accessible.

Please can I point out that I am just a satisfied customer and have no other agenda!

I am using the 9500 communicator horizontal leather case from Nokia. It fits just fine (a nit tight for the first day but then it loosens up ok).

What is the point of having a cover over the keyboard? That's going to interfere with the feel of the keyboard for me so whilst i'm open to a case i'm more interested in a design that doesn't cover the keyboard.

as for screen protectors. when I bought my e90 they simply took a Capdase Duopod case and cut it fit the e90.

Hi all,

Well having just got mine today i have to agree with jetspeed and am going for the Bugatti vertical with belt clip pouch. i am quite happy to remove it when needed but really don't want either the screen or keypad covered in plastic. But that's just my preference i must say it is not as large or heavy as i expected, it can easily become just my one device.

Which one is your idea? The one I seem to like the most is the pull out vertical one. Most of the slide in horizontal ones don't expose the connectors. guess i need to move to wireless A2DP soon.
